Please Note:
The resort is built on beautiful location. To experience the wonderful view from our resort one needs to make effort. It built on kind of hill, so depending on your room location you may have to walk some stairs up and down. Therefore, it is not ideal if you are traveling with elderly people or anyone with a physical disability. Regarding the stairs, yes, we completely understand the stairs may not be suitable for older people or people who are not willing to climb stairs to take advantage of our unique location. Garden view rooms category 70 stairs, Deluxe rooms 35 stairs calculation reaching rooms. So, in this causes need to choose club and dolphin suites rooms as available. Covid-10 related vaccination compulsory complicated and certificate soft copy required everyone who are stay with us except children.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancel Before 5 Days of Check-in Date Amount Will be Refunded 0% Of total bill amount

Cancel Before 10 Days of check-in Date Amount Will be Refunded 25% Of total bill amount

Cancel Before 15 Days of check In Date Amount Will be Refunded 50% Of total bill amount

Cancel Before 20 Days of check-in Date Amount Will be Refunded 85% Of total bill amount.

If any Lockdown (Covid-19) or Nature calamity cancellation policy will be 10 Days before cancellation hotel will be charging 25% of booking amount. Above the day’s cancellation will do full Refunds. It will calculate check in date to cancelling date.

Resort Terms and Conditions:-

Normally check in time 1300hrs and check out time 1100hrs If Early check in and late check out as per resort rules it will be chargeable-3000₹

According to government regulations, A valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person Above the age of 18 staying at the resort.

The identification proof accepted are Driving Licence, Voters Card, Passport, Ration card, without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Note –PAN Cards will not accept as valid ID Card.

On telephone call, not Takes booking only through mail. Or website booking allowed

Once room conformed, resort will be providing bank details. In that need to make 100% of total tariff. then only room conforming by resort
